Biography
Stephanie Thompson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating with Distinction, and completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing in 2015 with Western Governors University. A strong advocate for holistic, patient-centered care, Stephanie is passionate about educating patients and promoting preventative health to help individuals and families thrive.
Her nursing career began in 2008, after obtaining her RN license through the Arizona State Board of Nursing. She started her career in labor and delivery at West Valley Hospital and soon joined Banner Health, where she spent 16 years helping mothers and infants through the birthing process. These experiences shaped her deep commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients across all stages of life.
Born in Manila, Philippines, Stephanie immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of four and is fluent in Tagalog. She is happily married and the proud mother of two beautiful girls.
Outside of her clinical work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, running—including participating in Pat’s Run for many years—and has her sights set on completing her first 10K. She also loves traveling to Hawaii, where she enjoys snorkeling and indulging in fresh sushi.
